Completed in 2024 by Kazakh developer Tianshan Construction Group (Shanxi Construction & Investment Co., LTD.), the Piedmont Manor is 2,000 meters above sea level, with a temperature difference of 30℃ between day and night, and needs to take into account low temperature crack resistance and UV protection. In the manor at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains, grey electrical wires are laid vertically along the granite walls, and the multi-climatic design avoids thermal expansion and contraction of the insulation layer caused by the temperature difference between day and night. Even if the noon temperature in summer exceeds 35 ° C, the surface temperature of the wire is still below 70 ° C to ensure the stable operation of the solar power generation system.

Technical Solutions:

- Products: multi-weather belt wire (gray insulation + copper-nickel alloy conductor).
- Technical advantages:
- The insulation layer is made of fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) material, the temperature range is -55℃~+150℃, and the IEC 60811-5-1 standard **-55℃ low temperature tensile test ** (elongation ≥20%).
- Conductor adopts copper-nickel alloy (30% nickel content), anti-ultraviolet aging performance is improved by 10 times, after 2000 hours xenon lamp test (ΔE≤2), adapt to high altitude sunshine environment.
- Nanometer ceramic coating (thickness ≥15μm) is sprayed on the surface of wire leather to resist mechanical wear (Taber wear test CS-17 rounds, weight loss ≤5mg at 500 revolutions).
